Instructor: Sudha Rao, a Yoga Bharati certified Instructor Cost: $40/- per 6-week session or $8 for drop-ins In this 6-week session, children will learn the basics of yoga postures and movements along with simple relaxation techniques in a safe, non-competitive, injury-free environment.
