RESTORED Schwinn Suburban 49 cm. 5 Speed,Ladies Commuter Bike, Chicago Schwinn GQ547000 (July 1979) PETITE Should fit most riders 4ft 10in to 5ft 4in (according to chart)This is a frame-up restoration with original Paint and Graphics. I will e-mail pics of restoration to serious buyers. Brakes and Levers are Schwinn Approved Dia-Compe. Brake Cables,Covers and Shoes are NEW. Calipers have been Polished.The Derailleur and FF Intiger Crank and Shifters are Shimano Positron. Crank has been Rebuilt and Polished and Lubed. Head-Set De-Greased and Rebuilt.Wheels have been Trued and Polished and Bearings lubed.Stem and Handle-Bars Polished. Fenders were Cleaned and Waxed, and Fender Struts Polished. No rust on the under-side of fenders.The Shimano FF System allows rider to shift while coasting. Seat-Post and Collar have been Polished.This was a very low mileage,long term storage bike. That still had the original tires on it when I found it. And although dried out and badly cracked the tires had almost all of the original tread.
